Nothing on the TOS has changed since the last time but I am now requiring a written agreement to it instead of a "you're commissioning me so you are following it no matter what."
From now on, the first thing I'll do after we discuss prices is send you this form:

It is basically in writing that you agree to the TOS I have and you will follow it or find your commission cancelled or yourself blacklisted. Yeah I did put a disclaimer there stating I consider it an electronic signature. Why? Because I might not be big or make a lot of money but my husband and I rely on the work I do here. I pay most of the bills based on this work. I paid all the bills and rent in December because of all the work I put in. I need to protect myself legally or we could end up in a bad place.
Also, I'm offering more things soon, like prints and art packs and this covers me from here on out about using the artwork I make! Yay!

Hopefully things like this and escrow services offered by new places like bleatr or FN make it safer for artists and commissioners.
