Leaving FA
I'm leaving FA to another art based website that's more general than a flat-out furry website. I've grown dissatisifed with the 'furry' fandom for years and I don't consider myself one anymore. I'll still check here for artwork from my Watch list but I will no longer post my art here.
Have fun.
Have fun.
To be honest... again, I've been seeing a lot of people quitting this site...
But about that site, if you don't want to give the name, i won't force you nor blame you for not giving it out. I hope you have a better time on that next site ^_^
I'm not just dissatisifed with the fandom though, it's the 'furry' scene in general. I used to love furry TV shows and stuff many years ago but now they're a mere fraction of their former selves. I don't do anything 'furry' nowadays except to draw. I don't watch furry shows (except Shaun the Sheep), watch furry movies (unless it's free) or play any furry games (except for Okami which I don't consider 'furry' as there's lots of non-animal characters in it).
I still like all the furry shows in the past too. The 90's was the best time for furry TV. Lots of hits from that era, like Tale Spin (I have DVD boxsets!), Gargoyles (I have boxsets of this too!), Jim Henson's Dog City (I wish this actually came out on DVD...) and the like. Now all these new shows are just atrocious (my opinion).
I actually never was interested in Okami even though it had a wolf (my fave animal tied with sharks) in it. Then it came out on the Wii and I finally decided to buy it and I'm glad I did. I didn't like the beginning section much, but the last parts of the game was epic. I came across some Okami Japanese fanart not too long ago and they're fantastic. A fan even made his/her own plushie! It's downright adorable. I can show pics to you some time if you want to see them!
