There are some real psychos out there to say the least. :\

You would think that FA could track the information of this person and report them to the authorities in their local constituency.

Depending on country of origin, that would be in violation of privacy laws or treading on vigilante like actions. They'd have to hire/report the incident before hand if it were serious enough, wait for appropriate level of law enforcement to obtain proper warrants to conduct a search and then wait to see if they find anything or can do anything on their end or if it'll have to be escalated.

Some cases, unless it were life threatening, they couldn't do much and if it involved parties in other countries, both parties law enforcement would have to get involved as well and determine who had proper jurisdiction or if they'd even deem it worthy of their time to put forth man hours to do.

Only thing that CAN be done is to report the user to FA or report them to their ISP service and provide proof of harassment as well as potential violation of services/rights to the ISP then the ISP can shut down their service for said person. I doubt FA would be this involved with protecting anyone as that is a LOT of work. Earlier example is also exhaustively expensive and could take years before settling. I've done the ISP report. It's a hassle but if it has to be done, then it has to be done.

I think I know the person you're talking about. This person, if I'm right on who it is, added me without my permission to a Skype RP group and made me RP as this old character from a video game and wouldn't let me use my own characters. And then when I left the group and blocked him, he sent people after me to get me to unblock him, and if that didn't work, went around telling people to avoid me and the people he sent after me. He "Apologized" in a journal, but quickly took it down.

Yep, it sounds like its the same guy. The same thing happened after i removed him on skype too. It seems this person has done this to a lot of people, because i've been getting a lot of pm's from peeps telling me they went through a similar situation with the guy.
