Commission Terms of Service: January 2016

Currently working on pricing! Hopefully opening soon! UTD on: Jan 19, 2016.
I Will Draw
· Anthros.
· Ferals.
· Humans.
· Creatures/Fantasy.
· Fanart. (Videogames, Cartoons, Movies etc.)
· Couples of any gender/sex.
· Nudity and some Intimate Situations (ex: pinups).
· Blood and Some Violence/Gore.
· Very Tame Fetishes (ex: pregnancy)
· Unsure? Ask!
I Will NOT Draw
· Sexual Intercourse.
· Overemphasized body parts/breasts/sexual organs.
· Body functions/excretions (blood is okay, no vomit, urine, or feces..)
· Hard Fetishes.
· Overly Complex Characters or Machinery.
· Overly Complex Architecture/Backgrounds.
· Unsure? Ask!
Willing to Attempt:
· Armor/Tech.
· Military Attire.
· Cars/Jets.
· ASK ME! I like experimenting with things out of the normal for my art, I can only grow if I experiment!
Payment and Pricing:
Paypal USD Only.
Invoice and Direct Payment options are available.
Payment is expected in full after preliminary sketch is approved.
Prices can increase depending on:
Number of characters, props, intricate clothing, difficulty of characters (such as wings or complex markings/anatomy), and difficulty of the background.
Refunds:
After sketch approval and payment is processed, I will not administer a refund.
The Process:
1.) Send me a note with your ideas, refs, and info (such as personality, pose ideas etc! I love details!).
2.) If I accept: a free preliminary sketch will be drawn of the general ideas such as pose, props, and a background (if there is one). This will be heavily watermarked and not very large for theft protection purposes.
*Note: sketch commissions will not have this preview.
3.) After sketch approval, payment is expected in full.
4.) Payment received, piece is produced.
After the piece is finished, I will post it to my page and send you the full, finalized image via e-mail. Once the image is sent out, there will be no refunds administered.
If you're really unhappy with how it turns out, let's talk.
No, an 'I just don't like it' will not incur a refund.
ETA:
I work sporadically, your commission might take a few hours to a few days of nonstop work to complete, please be patient as I am discovering timeframes of such projects myself. Real life can be hectic.
Estimated wait time: 2 to 7 days.

Artist Rights:
I have the right to post WIP's or finalized pieces to my Deviantart page, Furaffinity page, personal website, or any website in which I am active (such as social media). Credit for characters/ideas will go to you. I also reserve the right to use your piece in a portfolio setting.
On the flip side you have the same rights as well, just please credit me as the artist!
I have the right to refuse any commission without question. The commissioner may ask why their commission was declined, but I am not required to respond or reply.
"Upgrading":
On a whim, I might upgrade a commission (such as a flat to a shaded) for practice. If you want something specific or don't want to be eligible for an upgrade, please indicate so.
No this probably won't be a normal occurrence, purely spontaneous.
Ambiguous references/ ref sheets:
I reserve the right to exercise artistic freedom if part of your reference or description is ambiguous. 95% of the time, I will ask before assuming.
