You can find out more info here. Its a biyearly electronic magazine/anthology focused on a specific theme, and challenging werewolf authors and artists to create something that reflects the theme. Having already experienced quite a few submissions I can say with little doubt this is an absolutely amazing collection that has blown past any expectations of the creator.
