Tues. Feb. 2nd Paw-Post - LAST of the Tuesday Posts!

Thank you to all for the Watches, Favourites and great comments!
*growf!*Yep... as the subject says, I've decided after much thought (and urging from many friends) to cease the Tuesday edition of the Paw-Post. With the Posts taking anywhere from 2 to 5 hours each to complete (albeit, Tuesday ones are usually a bit less since they don't have highlights), it's become something that is very hard to do twice a week - especially with the highlights getting more detailed. What this means is that the Friday Paw-Posts will be getting a big bigger since they'll include more links, but it gives me a full week to work at them. A big drawback of having two a week is that much as I try to work on them beforehand, sometimes I can't, and that means a lot of cramming to get it done. LIKE TODAY. I have not had time to work on things until today, and it's been a busy one including a building evacuation for a fire drill that took forever, SO... descriptions will be few as a result, otherwise I'll never get this thing done.
Now that said, one thing I'm always open to is feedback on what you guys would like to see in the Paw-Post as well. By now, any regular followers of the post will likely be watching the same folks I frequently highlight, so it's not all that often you're going to see art that you haven't already seen it the time leading up to the Post. Besides the highlights, commission heads-up and stuff, is there any other things you guys would find handy to have placed in the Post? Like... a questions section for artsits? A feedback secition? (say, follow questions to the highlight that would appear the next week) Favourite non-paw related pictures of the week? It's up to you guys - the Paw-Post is a publication for YOU, so I'd like to make sure it has the things that you would like to see.

So thank you very much! I didn't even know there -was- a remake. So, first off, the original song is very good - a haunting song that laments the inability for people to communicate emotionally with one another. Something that is perhaps even more relevant today than ever. The remake by Disturbed though... gods... it will give you chills. It starts soft, like the original, but it rises in power and emotion to the point where you get goosebumps. An amazing modern take on the song with more of the melody sung in minor. Enjoy!

AnyareFeaturing multiple scenes of Red and Chu-Tora, there was just SO much paw-filled-goodness going on in this one that it was a pretty easy choice for today. :) These two guys clearly love footpaws, and are enjoying the heck out of each others in every scene depicted here! Yeah, that'll certainly mean that there will be more pics on the Friday post, but also that I can be a bit choosier and make it all really good pics. There have been times were it's an effort to pad it out if the paw-offerings were thin.

Hahaha! Skiaskai's feature is my favorite for sure -- a hilarious moment captured wonderfully (and one I can absolutely relate to, yikes -- would you believe a video game jumpscare once made me strain a muscle in my upper arm? laaaaaaame lol). The colours, rendering, design, and posing are gorgeous! Beautiful work! :D
*chuckles* Again, I had a feeling that would be your favourite. The sheer crazy work that went into the expression on that was genius! Some jump scares really can invoke that intense a reaction. And um... that said, I can totally believe you pulled a muscle once. XD
As for Smawgy - I'm sure he'll be THRILLED to know his paws have been on public display.
I love that song ! Both versions ! ^_^ I didn't know disturbed version though but It's really nice !

I do have a little request about the paw-post though ! Most of the time I do open every pictures you are linking in it and then watching them one by one in my tabs. And it's rare because I try to be sure to only open FA links, but that just happened to me again, I clicked on the RL feet pictures from DA and fell on it when I was looking through the FA pictures :s The things is, I do love paws, but I really hate human feets, mainly when it's a photo like that :( (It's a bit weird, I know ^^')
So perhaps, if it's not annoying to do and if you accept that, you could put a the RL pictures at the end or at the beginning of the paw mail with a little colored warning ? In my opinion, I think it's a bit strange to mix RL pictures with FA pictures, but that's only my opinion !

Hmm... well with that request, I did tag the picture as "(C1: sfw, f, rl-human)", but agreed if you're just opening a bunch of links, that could be easy to miss. One correction though - the Paw-Post is not about FA-links. Sure, most happen to be FA links, but technically they could be links to any site that I've stumbled upon nice paws at.
I do like the idea of perhaps putting the human pictures (on the rare occasion I find nice ones) at the end with a bit of additional warning. While I myself like human feet when they are a rare set of nice looking ones, I do realize some people don't. It'd be the same as if I were clicking through a bunch of tabs and suddenly saw a human penis or something. GUH....ffffffuu.... NO. So... yeah for anyone (like you) that feels like that on seeing human feet pictures, I'll definitely try to keep them more separated and with better warning.
Oh yeah, I know it's not just FA-Links ! ^^ But like I said, I do open only FA links ! I prefer doing that :)
Yes, that should be nice if you do that :) And honestly, I think I would rather see a sudden human penis in my tabs than seeing human feet xD I really don't like that ^^'
And heh, well, then I know how you feel, 'cause if any human reproductive organs showed up in my pictures, that'd instantly gross me out. I'll be sure to make them more obvious.
It's strange though... I love paws, but I hate human feet :o I never really understood that ! But yeah, it's really repulsive for me >.> I can just barely stand the sights of mine ^^' (Not like if I had the choice sometimes ahah !)
Will give some thought to ideas on additions to the Post. You make a good point about us watching more and more of the artists you post from, so when I do see things on the Paw Post that I've already seen... it sorta comes back to your commentary; seeing your thoughts on them (either here or in the comments on the art) is fun and sometimes gives me a new way to look at things. And just seeing what pictures you choose to highlight is always neat. :)
I love Anyare's Most Pawesome. ^^ The combination of paw luvvins and paw tickles is really really cute. Cari's post is adorable as her work always is. That cute water dragon guy by Shiuk is so cute too! All favourites.
Mmf. That one by Fasttrack37d is highly alluring. :) Several nice views there... And eee, that paw-hug by KaotikJuju is such a cute image. ^^
Finally, man, that music pick. :) I've always been a fan of the old Simon and Garfunkel song, having such neat imagery and moods to it, but huge thanks to CAThulu for supplying the Disturbed version! That is incredibly cool and very powerful. I love the way it just keeps building in intensity throughout. I think I'll need to be picking that version up!
