It's good to see you back, but the comments on your wall I left still stand. You have to be more communicative. You really shouldn't ignore notes and questions. That's how the majority of your customers prefer to do business and communicate. Deleting upload promise journals you've missed just looks shady. Hundreds of dollars of peoples money enter your hands each time you open, so you need to be more professional about it. Even today's journal has left people wondering 'Does she mean this or that month?" I take commission work too on a regular basis, and communication with unexpected problems is key and very much appreciated by customers. You've have a solid reputation for quick and skilled work that's really being eroded. It's good to hear that you're taking smaller batches though, a good step.
