Hearing about XCOM 2

I have been seeing a lot about XCOM 2 on Steam everytime I when on it, I saw some friends have or wanted the game I become curious about this strategy
So I look at some Trailers and Gameplay of the game and I was in surprise, the game looks amazing and played well. It was the Greatest Strategy game as steam says and I agree with is 100%
I am thinking or going to get this game, however one problem is that my laptop make not handy the game well, it was impossible to play Killing Floor 2 and still playable but having to lag moments in Team Fortress 2, both on the lowest graphics.
So for me to get the game is a maybe, I have to save up in order to a get PC to run the games I want or hope that the graphic of XCOM 2 can be lower to fit any pc and hope it can run around the rate of Team Fortress 2 which can still be playable. I know I should play the first XCOM but seen XCOM 2 keep pop up everytime of Steam and most of my friends having it, It best to say got with XCOM 2
