Browsing Suit Makers!
Hey all! Sorry I don't post much, but I've decided that I'm going to start on my quest to finally get AXIS made into a fursuit! I've been looking around some, but I want to know what you guys think. The look I'm going for is handsome, but not cartoony.
The plan for now is to find a maker who's head style I really like, and then find a maker who's good with patterns to do the rest. I just want a suit before I leave college, and I'm trying to be as cost efficient as possible. I've already ensured that I can afford it, but money is still an object. I'm thinking maybe $1,200 or so is what I want to spend.
My thoughts are maybe trying to get a head made from
and then turning to
for the rest of the suit (armsleeves with their complicated pattern, tail, footpaws, etc.)
Let me know what you guys think. I'm open to your comments and suggestions!

Oh my other thought was Mischief Makers for a head, but they're on the fence about doing head-only commissions from now on, so I'm not banking too heavily on that.
