Didn't Cash for Clunkers go away right about a year or so after it was enacted? That's an expensive used car, to me, unless you're getting one under eight years old. I drive older stuff.

The Kia might be your best bet in the interim. Unfortunately, that's how they keep costs and overtime down...and insurance.
