Does any one have any good soup recipes?

I've got a major craving for some kind of new soup, so I figured I'd ask around while I look around. The only soup I've found I don't like is Pea Soup, which is weird cause I love Peas.

...that's helpful right?
Start with chicken broth (boil a chicken in water to make broth)
To prepare knaidlach (matzoh balls) beat 2 large eggs add a little more than a dash of cinnamon and a little black pepper and a couple tablespoons of vegitable pil mix it good then add about half a cup of matzoh meal and mix until all mixed. Let sit 15 min while adding veggies to soup (chopped carrots and chopped parsnip) and cinnamon pepper and pinch of saffron(optional expensive but healthy) when soup is boiling wet hands and make balls from matzoh meal throw balls in soup while at hard boil add chopped celery and a couple sprigs of parsley cover tightly let cook another half hour then it's ready

These are a little different than how I make mine, but this type of potato soup is extremely forgiving, you can deviate pretty significantly from the recipe and still wind up with something delicious.
I usually make my own broth with bouillon cubes rather than using canned stock, but it's basically the same thing.
