Very easily. The Nexus hosts free mods, and I reccomend Shape Atlas for Men for the body mod. they have the best fuckin beefy men

You'll want the Core and SD/HD Textures, plus the vanilla armor refits. I also recommend Afendors Dragonborn and Dawnguard DLC if you own the DLC.
