Libs hate him because he adhered to the separation of powers which is suppose to exist in government. He was an honorable man who worked to limit the power of the Court as opposed to the Libs who wish to use it to pass their unconstitutional laws.

79 is old and death is expected at that age.

His family and other associations may deem an autopsy to be disrespectful.
