Fixing a broken sleep schedual?

Ive been wondering for a while how do you go about fixing a broken sleep schedual? Recently I have pretty much turned the day upside down. So for example I go to sleep at noon and sleep until like 22.00 and then im awake until noon and then I do it all over again. I've been trying to fix this because it messes with my head alot. Ive tried the usual stuff like staying awake and going to bed at a normal time in the evening but it just doesn't seem to work. No matter how awake I think I am I just collapse around noon and have to sleep. So any tips on how to fix this? Any tips are greatly appreciated ^.^
