The Windows Continuum feature is only available for Windows 10 (currently only Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL)
You do need your own dock/USB-C to HDMI converter to connect to the thing though.
I think it also works as an external battery pack. Not sure for it. I claim have 10000mAh battery life, would be decent as an external power bank.
