Alright - so thankfully two lovely people in my last journal pointed out my silly mistake. I cannot legally hold a raffle in my state - or on Patreon. It is my fault for not looking more into this before I said I was doing one. I am extremely bummed that there is no way around this, and I don't even want to attempt to do something illegal and get myself - and/or others in trouble.
