All commission information must be conducted in either FA notes or via email at TBA.
Payment info:
✧ I require that all payments are up front (If you have an especially large project, please discuss with me if you cannot pay all of it up front.) I will not begin work until I have received some form of payment.
Art Rights:
✧ You retain the rights of all characters and concepts. I retain the right to post all art in my gallery and/or online or offline portfolio. (Unless otherwise specified and agreed on, in the case of private or NSFW commissions).
✧ I reserve the right to reuse any rejected or unfulfilled commission sketches, if applicable.
✧ You are free to repost my art for you anywhere as long as you provide credit and a link to my account.
✧ Commissioned work is for personal use only and if I see you claiming it as your own or making a profit from it I will report you and you'll be unable to commission from me again.
Content:
✧ NSFW/Adult content is okay and I do do it. No scat, vore, water-sports, diapers, or cub art. Everything else is open for discussion! Please note I may say no, but that has no bearing on you or your kinks! I still think you're awesome for wanting to commission me.
Revisions:
✧ Only two major revisions will be allowed, and only during the sketch stage. Any other revisions will cost extra. No revisions will be made after the work is completed and finalized. (Errors that are artist fault will be corrected at no cost).
Others:
✧ The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
✧ Prices are subject to change at any time. Any prices listed on my commission sheet or in journals are base prices only. Prices may vary due to project size, number of characters, complexity, etc. All quotes, once agreed on, are final, unless revisions are needed.
✧ Details which may affect prices include but are not limited to: backgrounds, complex patterning, tattoos, extra limbs including wings, extra props, complicated costumes or armor, complex cybernetics or robotic parts, and objects like cars, guns, or motorcycles.
