Sadly or not i have huge problems to get my finished art from blackrat even trying
to put it on artist beware they reject it already two times.

Now before i solving it there i post it here what i think is the right thing to do so pleas read it and if you can help me out i would
be happy.

Commission Blackrat and wait still after one year of my finished commission

I hate to finally have to write this, but I feel I have no other choice…
Over a year ago, I requested a commission from Black Rat (http://black-rat.deviantart.com). The commission order was placed during November of 2014 and had contact with him mostly over steam (sadly steam not save messages). As per his commission rules, he required half the money up front which was 120$. I pay him promptly and then wait for at least 2 months. After this time, he told me that the comic was completed and that he needed the other half of the payment…so I paid him (another 120$).

As you can see… if you click on that… there’s NOTHING there!
I informed him of this error and he promised to send it via email… <b>THAT WAS OVER 10 MONTHS AGO!!!</b>
I have tried many time to contact him: I have emailed him repeatedly AND on his multiple email accounts. One of them is closed because i get a error message.
I try to reach him over steam but never get him online. I ask some friends that order commission to to help but without any success.

So it’s come to this. I’ve commissioned him in the past with little to no issue. But it seems more and more he takes longer and longer and longer to complete ANYONE’S work. Not just mine.
In the past he has claimed that he’s had health issues and the like, fine so be it, however not sending ANY kind of communication is unacceptable. I HIGHLY recommend you ask more reputable
artists for work, who can actually keep a schedule and has proper communication with their clients.
This behavior is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! He may have nice art, but his customer service could be much better as now.
Please if someone get in touch with him remind him to all the commission and mine he not finished or showed before he
takes new one and i sadly say but i would recommend not get a commission from him atm.
I really want to end this drama and not wanna think about that i lost now 240$ for a finished peace i never got it hurts my hearth to that i am a biggest fan of blackout
being threats like that. Its make me very sad and i think after this i am not really a fan of him anymore.
