Since ive got a few followers here, Does anyone else play the classic pokemon games on their 3ds? Andyone wanting to do trades and stuff? ive got pokemon red out of the 3, and so far I'm at 3 badges and 40 caught :D

I imagine you should be able to, I think that's the only thing they changed about the game is when you go into a pokemon center at the trading section, it allows you to trade over internet, or local. if you have pokemon bank, you might be able to do that too.
Far as I recall no you cannot trade over the net. You have to be next to the person you are trading with at least for the classic releases anyways :( sucks I know but that's how the cookie cwumbles i afwaids
