+4% VAT WILL BE ADDED TO EVERY PAYMENT/INVOICE I REQUEST. THIS WILL COVER ALL PAYPAL FEES.

YOU MUST HAVE A DIGITAL FLAT-COLOURED ANTHRO (OR FERAL DEPENDING) REFERENCE SHEET.
I am willing to work off of text but you must be very detailed and present through the whole process. (These will be done through stream.)
Terms of Service
► Work Days: I have a full time job outside of art which is Mon-Fri and 9am till 5pm. All artwork will be done on Saturday and Sundays. (Please be patient.)
► Streaming days are varied and It depends on the type of commission, but I will let you know as you commission me.
As the commissioner, you are allowed to re-upload my work.
As long as you:
► Always re-upload the watermarked version (you may ask for an unwatermarked version, but this may not be used to be uploaded online).
► Credit me in the description of the piece you are re-uploading.
► The commissioner is allowed to re-upload to any website as long as you credit me and link back to the original.
► Payment is always upfront, if this is regarding an auction, you have 48 hours to pay before I pass it on to the second highest bidder.
► If you have commissioned me before, I will be willing to separate the price in to two separate payment plans, 50-50 each.
► You may not ask for a refund after the commission has been uploaded/started.
► If you choose to cancel the commission AFTER I have already began, you will not receive a refund.
► If I choose to cancel the commission, BEFORE I start you will receive 75% of the money back.
► You may not resell the artwork for money, points, or any other type of currency!
► You may not claim the artwork as yours!
► You will receive two files, a watermarked and un-watermarked version of the image.
►The watermarked version is for public use, the un-watermarked is for personal use ONLY.
What is considered public?
► Posting to any image sharing website.
► Posting to any art website.
► Posting to a blog-site.
► Posting to social media websites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
What is considered personal?
► Using the image for personal enjoyment.
► Printing out the photo and framing it.
► A folder on your desktop.
► A USB hard drive.
► Keeping it so only you may view it.
► Having it as your desktop/phone background.
Usually, I post regular W.I.Ps to each commissioner throughout the drawing process to make sure everything is correct. I expect full cooperation.
► If I have messed up on your commission, please tell me!
► In the W.I.P (sketching) stages, you are allowed to tell me if anything is wrong so I can correct them easily.
► You are not to tell me to change anything if the piece is finished and posted.
You may choose to be boosted up the front of the queue, but this will cost you a fee of £5.
I will not stream your art specifically for you, UNLESS you were noted first or it was a stream commission.
You may ask me to not upload the piece to FA at all, I am totally fine with doing so.
► Do not rush me.
► Please keep in mind that I am a human being, not a machine.
► Your commission is not the only thing I have to work on.
By purchasing any type of commission from me you agree to all of my terms, stated above.
The same rules apply to freebies/gifts.
I am still learning and I am happy to change minor mistakes. Do not harass or insult me as an artist, you will be blocked.
COPYRIGHT:
►ONLY I CAN USE MY CHARACTERS TO ROLEPLAY.
►Any material on my page including but not limited to artwork, stories, journals, and all other intellectual material is under copyright to myself and to the rightful artist.
►Any material posted onto the FurAffinity website prior to 2015 is protected by the original ToS agreement to use of this site and no material will be redistributed or used without my legal authorization.
►At any time the new owners of this website alter the original ToS agreement to meet their own cooperate goals the material preexisting to the acquisition will not be used in any IMVU based sites or programs without mine or the artists legal authorization.
In the event any of my intellectual copyrighted material is redistributed on any source outside of FurAffinity you will be in clear violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and will be ordered to remove it from any source outside of FurAffinity or face legal charges of copyright infringement.
►PLEASE ALLOW 92 DAYS FOR YOUR COMMISSION TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE FILING ANY COMPLAINT. YOU CAN ASK FOR FREQUENT UPDATES IF YOU LIKE. BUT I HAVE A JOB AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES OUTSIDE OF ART TO TEND TOO AS WELL.
►I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL/REFUSE/REFUND ANY COMMISSION I TAKE.
If you have purchased any character or adoptable from me, you may not:
► Claim the design/base was by you.
►Sell for more than you bought it for, unless it comes with art. Though please discuss the pricing with me first.
► Once I send you the file(s), and I have confirmation that you have saved them, there are NO refunds. I cannot give you your money back as their is no guarantee from my view that you have deleted the file(s) and you could still have the character.
BY PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THESE TERMS.
