I HAVE seen them all in theatres, think they're all awesome.
And now I want to eat a Cornetto... but I don't have one. :C
Each one is definitely worth a watch, even if either of the others aren't your style. For example my partner doesn't like 'Hot Fuzz' (the first one) but loves 'Shaun of the Dead' and 'The World's End'
