So, watched Zootopia on a Cam (Piss off I'm poor) and well.... it's not the second coming of Disney but it was good.

The Good: Zootopia was fun.
It has interesting characters,
Interesting locations
Pretty good animation (the cam is about a 5/10 but hey it was watchable so the "real version" is well done)
Quick Humor
Good onscreen chemistry between Judy and Nick.

The Bad:
The movie relied too much on Busy Animation to distract you from realizing that though good the story is pretty hamfisted and poorly paced. Everything was moving too fast and even the "Slow" parts were rushed. I'm going to take it out on a limb and guess that this movie WAS going to be closer to 2 hours but Disney took the cleaver to it.

There were too many characters pushed in. For a movie with this much depth and plot you know almost nothing about the characters and every few minutes they were adding a new one to crowed the screen, Again this feels Rushed.

The Ugly:

Sadly this is "Yet Another Buddy Cop Movie" but they make up for it a little with the Heroin (Judy) realizing "she done goofed" but beyond that her character is a little Bland. I'll blame this on about half way through the production they switched the focus from Nick to Judy while maintaining their launch date.

Judy though cute kind of hits most of the Mary Sue markers and that's sad. Every time she messes up she pretty much gets off. Every time She violates orders she gets away with it and again this is because it is a Buddy Cop Movie.... that happens to be Furry. Think Bad Boys 2 without the Island part in the last 3rd.

So, I'll give it a 7/10 if only because at least they tried introducing a "Strong" Female lead, but for Zootopia 2 I REALLY hope they bring in Avatar Legend of Korra's writers to give her more character.
