oh god i know your pain. my hairless cat went into heat and WOULDN'T come out of it, i had her booked to get her fixed and the vet didn't want to do it during heat, but she was in it none stop for months so he finally went ahead and did it. X-x most annoying. thing. ever.

Yeah. I wanted to wait for her to get through her first heat, but she already annoys my two other cats (and us, obviously...). Vet said they won't fix her during her heat as well, that's why we have to wait at least till she's through her first week (they gave me the appointment after all haha xD I hope my cat won't scream too much.. le sigh)

ahaha ya, luckily my cat didnt bug me, but she was all over my boyfriend, the meowing was driving me insane though, also since my cat is hairless she kept rubbing her face on everything and rubbing her skin raw, SO happy she is fixed now even though she turned into a little chub chub XD

But I know how that is. We dealt with it for one period, and then threw her right at the vet. °-°

(BTW I don't know if it was a timing issue or you purposefully waited but waiting until after the first heat isn't necessary, though some people think it is. Forgive me if you knew this already, some people dont!)

I didn't really want to wait after, but since she's a main coon, they grow really slowly @_@ and get into heat really late (she's almost 11 months old now.) @_@ And the breeder told us to wait until she has at least 4-5 kilo on her. And yeah now that happened xDD (my first cats got fixed when they showed signs of getting into heat, but Lani, the new one, simply didn't show anything until today. It caught us all in surprise @_@)

yes. She's a maine coon, so we're used to meowing, but yeah. She only tends to be silent when she's with someone, but nighttime is horror >_<
