and I mean more than my computer! I don't get emotional much, but when I lose so much work I cant help but get pretty worked up over it. (lost like 4 years of work)
The recovery software did not recover anything but random shit, but would not recover .psd or .sai (fully)
So the reality is just to get over it and move on!
Which is exactly what I am going to do, I can certainly say (not that I want to sound like I'm complaining) after being sick (which i still am a little) and this fuck up, I haven't had the best month so far.
but plenty time left so lets see what happens =]

I do hope you didn't delete the corrupted files afterwards, you might still be able to reconstruct the lost data.
