Hai Diesel, my home is located in south central Pennsylvania, I am 2 hours east of Anthrocon and 2 hours west of Harrisburg, only about 6 miles from the PA turnpike .... how convenient!!! SB.

Sadly I work in carlisle so this would be less than ideal for a commute and I love my current job it be hard to change jobs after working here for 3 years.

I do understand, I'm not sure how long I will be on the waiting list for my apartment, but if you do know of someone that might be looking for a nice place in the country that has been WELL taken care of, would you send them my way. Thanks. SB.

Why sell it? I would think being out in the country would be relaxing

I can't maintain it any longer ! it's hard to push a lawnmower with a walker and my scooter don't go that well in the grass on the side of a hill!

I have applied to the housing authority for an assisted apartment in the county, it will really take a lot of stress off of me and will be a tad less expensive on the wallet, I will be closer to grocery and CVS that I could ride my scooter to them instead of driving all the way into town. I'm not thinking any furs are going to think about buying my place, .... furries don't want to live in the country *shrugs*. I'll be at AC this year, it will be my last AC, as it's getting too big and too expensive, gonna try something smaller, like FTM or I might go to MP with W0nderdawg, he said it's about the same as going to AC for cost and I wouldn't mind seeing Orlando again, dunno. That could be true, but, keep in mind that it's a lower key of living and a lower cost of living as well, there is no hustle and bustle of the city either. SB.

Looking to get into an assisted apartment that is on a sliding scale for my income, it will be in the town here close to me, I will be very close to grocery and pharmacy so I can even ride my scooter to them. I am unable to maintain the yard and trailer, my legs are getting so bad that I now use a walker when I'm not using my scooter for small things *sighs heavily* I'm falling apart, hun! SB.
