SizeCon Update 3/16/16

Hi everyone!
I'm back for another update -- this is what we've been up to for the last week!
1.) Total website redesign! Sergio, Jitensha's husband, has been released from his role as our beleaguered webmaster. Since we've made the switch to SquareSpace, the website should not only look much better on mobile (definitely not Sergio's specialty -- he's a Unity programmer, damnit!), but it should also be updated more frequently since now we won't have to rely solely on him for updates.
2.) AstroDomina is coming to SizeCon! She e-mailed us earlier this week and we couldn't be more excited!

3.) SizeCon in the press?! Two reporters have separately reached out to us about writing articles about our convention. While nothing is set in stone, I got them each on the phone and both of them seem very conscientious and earnest about their approach to the article. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by how genuinely concerned they are for our privacy and general comfort with the whole thing. Their goal is to be as unobtrusive as possible, so they suggested that I designate 4-5 people who are comfortable speaking to them, and they'll just meet with those individuals as opposed to asking random attendees questions.
Again, while nothing has been finalized yet, I think this is a fantastic opportunity for us to get our identity out there on our terms. Plus both of them are very serious about protecting privacy, so no names or pictures without your express permission! 4.) Logistical update -- since last week we've gotten 7 ticket purchases. If my calculations are correct, that brings the total number of people attending SizeCon up to 89 people! And I know we have a number of stragglers here in NYC who STILL haven't bought their tickets (*glare*), so it looks like we'll break the century mark!
