Well the bead thug I can see because it's not answered anywhere. I was confused a little to until I noticed I could swipe the photos and see the color choices and styles listed. But I'm also on my phone so things look s little different.

The bead thing is answered in the info tough. Maybe I should move that text part on top of the info section?

I guess on a phone its different >_< I am not sure how else I can make the pictures more clear then it is tough :( And I even refer to my pictures in my info section about the colors....hmmm :(

Seems really straight forward. I honestly think some people just don't read because.... err, for a lack for a better work, they're too lazy? And they think it's faster to message people?-- Okay, honestly, I have no idea. This is pretty clear, I'd say. Maybe they're paranoid that they have an understanding. They are dropping almost $50 on a hat, after all. :P

But in the end I always still answer their questions even tough I am frustrated and would be so much quicker answered to read in the description rather then wait on my answer the next day (since these messages are usually send when I sleep with the time difference between US and the Netherlands)

I know its never really unavoidable, but at least I like to try to make everything as clear as possible.
I've been a freelancer for a long time too and I know from experience that you will always walk into these kind of people. But like I said, I like to be at least able to do my part in the best way I can ^_^
Of course there are limits, I will not have people walk over me or things like that.

I am thankful for your feedback! I don't blame myself, but sometimes I just want to improve where I can and in some cases it can be just really helpfull to have other people have a look. Because they will look differently to something and notice other things, then when you do yourself.
