Either the antidepressants I've started have begun to take effect, or I've been in a pretty good mood today.

Regardless, I did like I always do and sidetracked myself with a random idea today. I ran with the idea and came up with a little anecdotal backstory for Cassie, written in second person (so you can enjoy the sexy awkwardness of Cassie Gliese up close).

After giving a blind pitch to a few anonymous readers, it was well-received, so I'll go ahead and complete it and post it up here before bed. Then tomorrow, I'm gonna get to work on that elusive second portion of Chapter 1...


Trust me, I'm not this slow on purpose. I'm just trying to work around some life crap. I'll get into full stride soon enough, so don't fret just yet!
