Honestly it looks a little scamy to me, however I really don't know much about that field of work. What I would suggest is going to or calling your local Vet and ask the if they have ever heard of them and what sort of reputation they have if any.

it does look scammy, but the closest colledge with Vet Tech courses is about 2+ hrs from me. ill be asking my vet as soon as i can.
