A family member on my mate's side 'borrowed' four seasons of my Inuyasha set. They were the big boxes, not the slim cases they're releasing now. I had them for years, and this was after wanting them for several. A large chunk of the collection was gotten for me by my mate. On top of all of this, it seems these big boxes are now out of print. Not even being sold on amazon used.

Well, guess what... he's been ducking my mate for a long time about returning them. Hasn't even said he was going to. Hasn't been answering texts or calls. I'm beginning to think he stole them... If that's the case, he stole something irrepalacable. I would have to buy a whole new set off e-bay to replace what he took.

These weren't just an anime set to me either. Inuyasha was a pivotal series for me. It was the first anime series I ever watched all the way through. I got emotionally invested in the characters. It had been a dream of mine for a while to own the whole series but those boxes were really expensive. I honestly never thought I would own them ever. I am really emotionally attached to this series and having this physical copy meant the world to me.

Silly me, I thought I could trust this guy... I shouldn't feel dumb for trusting family but I do. I thought I could lend this out to him because he always returns what he borrows, or so my mate said. Now, now a large chunk of my prized collection is missing... I am just broken right now. So, thank you for punishing me for trusting you. Thank you for ripping my heart out. Thank you for taking something I can NEVER get back and took years to get! Thank you for crushing what trust and love I had for you to bitty pieces. You, sir, are no longer my family. Family doesn't do that to you!
