Well, I had a great time this year! I'll break it down to the highlights...

First into the Dealers Den on Friday, to get a sketch from GOH Tani Da Real, and it was worth the wait! I just love the sketch she did of Silvermoon with Mojo. So much cute, I can't even... I almost cried when she gave it to me.
Also bought some of her prints and other little things.

Pleased to deliver 2 new badges to and glad he is pleased with them.
Thanks for commissioning me again bud!

The surprise of Uncle Kage coming to FE was just great! I heard the news Saturday night, saw him at breakfast in the Olio Sunday, and was able to get pictures with him. He really does hug you in suit, no fake there. ;)

Did the extended weekend stay for the first time, Thursday night to Monday. Really does allow you to relax more.
I was able to pick up my badge (preregistration) Thursday night to avoid the aweful lines on Friday. Also, able to stay and party Sunday night!

Thanks to and his friend from NFLD, I got screeched in! Oh boy was that a giggly evening! Went to the end of the Dead Dog dance to sing and dance to the retro songs I know and love, what a great time. It sure does feel fun to be part of a community where the con chair parties and sings with you, and you may even call him your friend. Thanks Scani. :)

Good Roomies make a good con experience. I've got a good set of roomies, and are the kind of roomies you want to room with again, thanks guys!

And of course, seeing all those I rarely see otherwise, from Toronto, to Ottawa, to the USA and beyond, it's so nice to see so many, and feel such positivity and creativity in the atmosphere.

I look forward to FE2017, when we will see a new, bigger venue in Downtown Toronto! I'll miss the kindness and familiarity of the Sheraton, but I'm very excited for to experience the Westin Harbour Castle. I believe it'll be great! :)
