I've been really inactive here lately. Mostly it's because of work. When I'm not there, I'm trying rest or I'm eating. Jade and I are saving up for a vacation in September and gearing up for a visit from Joi next month. We're a little (sometimes a lot) overwhelmed.

When we're overwhelmed the last thing we want to do is get on the computer. So we don't. And lately that means letting them sit for 3-4 days or more. We're still here. I'm still here. I just have zero energy.

On top of the overwhelmed-ness I can feel my depression creeping back up. It's a bad feeling but one I just have to power through.
