I couldn't get my actual license because Northwood Realty Services hasn't yet renewed its broker's license, they don't do that until mid-May when EVERYONE renews (on even-numbered years), so they gave me a Temporary Authority to Practice until the renewal comes in, then they'll send out my actual license. So I'm no longer barely legal, I'm able to practice real estate!
