If you don't know what it is, well, it's pretty much a pro 2D animation program, it has moved to open sorce & is free to use
A word of warning if you never done any 2D animation the learning curve might be a bit rough for you
More so if you've done nothing but 3D animation before getting into this program
Everything you need is with the program however
Exposure sheet, Onion Skinning, Storyboarding, The whole nine yards
You can do raster style or vector stye animation as well as just draw on paper, scan it in & go from there
