The link works and the concept is basically the same as that of Kantai Collection, given as that is such a hit in Japan (seeing that they have to use a lottery system to even allow for new accounts and it is only local IPs only) this is actually a game first rather than an anime, what you are seeing there is the opening movie to it. It is surprising though as the makers are the same as the one semi popular mobile card game here "Rage of Bahamut" hopefully this might actually make it to US either as the game or as an anime, given as horse racing is big in both the US and Japan.
Yeah, I found out the video was just a promo. As for the kantai game, I've got one where it girl battleships and stuff...think it was called kantai girls or something.
I said it right, the game and the anime is called Kantai Collection or KanColle, it is basically girls who are representing that of ships from WW2, mostly that of the IJN but they did recently start adding a few other countries like Germany and Russia to the game.
This is going on the same concept only making the girls represent that of horses, there is also on both the ITunes and Google Play stores a game where you have girls representing tanks from WW2 I believe, it is basically that of the WoW effect going on here. You get a popular game making a heck load of money (though from what I read KanColle as a game is losing money given it is F2P, where it is making all the cash is in its merchandising and things like the anime that went with it) and you get other companies trying to cash into the same premise: in this case girls representing other objects.
