I recently found this while looking up videos of the special on Youtube recently, it is a new high quality rip of the infamous Star Wars Holiday Special from a few months back. This came from someone's collection of videos from back in the day and they just so happened to have a VHS of the complete special in decent quality, way better than the 9th generation bootleg copies that have been long circulating in various forms for years. This is most likely the best quality version of the special in recent history, it even includes a Kenner toy collection commercial and the CBS preemption and special presentation logos from the mid '70s-early '80s.
