well to be honest, I have the same thing you do, and I haven't popped a single pill since I was in my teens, trust me, I am getting along just fine without them, remember, there are other options out there, like taking herbal remedies designed for helping people alleviate anxiety issues.

Thanks! Yeah, seeing as how I am in my teens and how easily it is to distract me is interfering with my grades and life, I need somethin' to help me focus majorly. >>; The other symptoms are bad BUT I CAN'T RECALL EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE hooray.

well like the anxiety that your having, the fucus issues can also be helped using herbal remedies, there are plenty of herbal supplements out there that work just as well as Ritalin, with the added bonus that your not having to be hopped up in a refined form of methamphetamine (which is what Ritalin is, its a highly processed form of meth that is apparently safe enough to give even to children with ADD/ADHD) all the time, just give it a try, if it works out for you, then that is super, if not, then you can always go with whatever meds the doctor gives you.
