Lol!! Yep we like our hot animations

Do you know anyone else who does it also, and/or do you know if you'll ever get back into it?

Honestly, I don't know.

Initially , due to how much money that needs to be put into each video, as far as linden goes (the in game currency), it can get rather expensive to have a decent plot of land for the studio, it's rent, plus all the assets for each video. That includes the furniture, making or buying a building to put on our land ONLY for that video, etc. Not to mention there are also only so many quality animations out there that work well with furry avatars, and if you watched my videos you will notice I really don't like re-using animations, even though I did a FEW times.

While it took me several videos to kind of find the format of video I like, I could still definitely get better. However I would spend at least five hours figuring out what kind of theme I want the video to be, looking around and buying/building the set, getting all items, finding animations I like and THEN get to recording. I have to make sure the actors are around for at MINIMUM 5 hours because I get overly picky with certain shots. I end up with about (average) 600GB of raw footage per video, as I used to film in 4K raw, but downscaled each video to 1080p. I also made sure the FOV for the downscaled resolution looked native.

Editing a video also took me a while, especially as I felt my format was getting better, but it took up far too much time, and around the time when I had to stop making these, my life took a massive dip in the gutter. I've since moved 15 hours away to Texas, but things are still taking their time to settle. I had to sell my previous system to even be able to make the sudden emergency move. I have one now, and my previous server I used, but I definitely can't film properly on this one.

TLDR - I dont know if I will continue anytime soon. Time + Money + Hardware = biggest roadblocks at the current moment.

Oh I see... maybe you can set a patreon or just a goal (mostly tips or donations) if the goal is reached, a video could be produced, and again. or maybe gather a crew of editors idk o3o It's just an idea but as you say, it requires a lot of time and effort from your side and the actors.
I always wanted to be one on SL tbh X//P ... but that's not the point.
Just hope your situation turns better and if you want to produce again... hope it will be soon ^^
