You gotta just keep at it, take a look at how others draw, find something you can relate to in terms of what you want to draw. There are loads of ways to improve and staying interested in it is the best way to get better. If you feel your way of drawing is getting stale, try to change it up or draw things you haven't tried yet. Sometimes even a change of medium can help you click what you have learned into place.
