Did you beat it with or without the fancy duds on? (and/or with the Chicago Typewriter in your inventory)

I /may/ have abused Special 2 xD The invincibility for Ash just helped too much. As for the other, was a clean start. Used mainly a Red 9, very few places used a tmp and striker. Bolt action for my rifle and the free broken butterfly for extra kick with Saddler. I did use a few Ditman skips but I'm still proud of myself xD

Special 2 is the second special outfits. Leon in his Mafia outfit and Ashley in her suit of armor. The armor makes her invulnerable to all attacks and unable to be carried off.

Ditman is the discover off the glitch of the same name. You can look up the specifics, but as a brief synopsis it involves using The Striker shotgun to move 1.5 times faster than normal. This has surprising effects on the game. Mainly it let's you skip entire sections of the game by letting you clip through the world. Major uses are skipping the fight with the 2 El Gigante, skipping the Salazar fight, and skipping the first part of the island.

Yes, I knew that about Ashley's Armor, and that it came with Leon's fancy duds.

I did NOT know that about The Striker, I'll have to look into it and try it out if I ever get around to downloading the PS3 version. (will be the 3rd time buying that game if/when I do. If the Wii version ever dropped lower than $20 I probably would have got that version too...)

This was my second time buying it. The first was on PS2 way back when. The one I have now is the steam ultimate HD version. Still have to use a controller though. Mouse and keyboard on it just feels clunky xD

Yeah, I got it on the GCN & PS2, that bonus Separate Ways story with Ada was too enticing to pass up!
I'd have to download it on PSN. (I nearly Did, and wish I had when they were having a big sale on all Resident Evil titles... I instead got Code Veronica X again, as I have it for PS2 as well as Resident Evil Zero HD. I was thankfully able to afford both with only a $20 point card)

I'm not sure which one I want to pick up next. I kind of want 0 and the first. I also can't wait for the remake of 2

I have both RE:Make and RE0 on both GCN & PS3, they are both great games~
