Announcement: please read!

ANNOUNCMENT: I have come to the decision I will NOT allow anymore commissioners under the age of 18. Not even through parental communication. Unfortunately this has given me more than one problem especially with communications. If you are under 18 and wish to commission me your parents will have to be the ones to do it. Including communication, emails, and payments. No exceptions. Your parent or guardian MUST be the one to send me in a quote. Sorry for any inconveniences.
Also; PLEASE. PLEASE PLEASE read my TOS!!!!! I am unfortunately starting to get frustrated by having to repeat myself or answer questions that are clearly stated in my TOS. I also have a validation code, that I ask you answer in my quote form. from now on I will NOT answer any quote form that fails to give me the validation code.
I am a HUMAN. I am not a machine! I try my hardest, and my best to make sure I treat everyone fairly, answer emails within a day, answer notes as soon as I can, work on everything in a timely manor. I am not a factory. I cannot do things quickly, I cannot work on everything at one time. I am a single, full time mom. I cannot work on suits 24/7.
PLEASE do not take my kindness for granted.
And for those of you who are patient, and kind THANK YOU. You make me realize I CAN do this. And that I do deserved to be treated fairly. I understand my queue is long. Harassing me about it or even threatening me about it will change nothing. I am THRILLED to have so many amazing projects to work on, and to be able to keep commissions open because I have so much interest in my work!
And unfortunately, if things keeps going as they are I will probably stop taking in new commissions. I love making fursuits, but I don't deserve to be treated poorly because of it.

And unfortunately it's usually not even the problem with the kiddos, it's the adults :/
Exercise your right to turn people away. You're the only person running this business. There are no higher authorities to go to in terms of handling poor customers. It's something you're going to have to learn to do yourself. That's the price of being your own boss and allowing complete strangers to come to you for a product. This isn't a situation where a customer comes into your store and talks shit to your face about their food not coming out right away (even though there were people in front of them) and you just get your manager to handle them. You really do have to handle these bad customers yourself.
You have a TOS. There are legal obligations that people must follow. If need be, run the basics of your TOS by customers when they're making an inquiry, or, at the very least, remind them to read through your TOS before finalizing their order. Because then you get situations like this. People will try to take advantage of you, especially furries, but you are better than them. You are so much better than them. Every artist in this fandom has the right to turn away negative customers. Set up a blacklist if they're that bad. But do NOT let one person chase you away from your dreams. I would really hate to see such talent go to waste because one person doesn't know how to appreciate it.
