Hey there my little Guppies, Daddy TK here to give you all an update regarding commissions and my policy. This stuffs important so if any of you are looking to get commissions from me, please read.
First up, I know there are some of you out there who don’t want to register for my Webstore in order to buy a commission from me. I also have to admit that I realize that registering for a site just to buy art can be off putting, so I’ve created a JotForm in order to make things simple for all of you. I’d still like you guys to register for the site because it’ll be easier on me and later on their will be exclusive content available to those that register, including discount sales and products.

Just fill it out, submit, and there you go.
The following section is an update to my commission policy, there will be several sections that will be changed and updated and this will apply to my current and future commissions.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued unless I refuse to do your commission or I become entirely unable to finish your commission due to health or personal reasons. In either case, those reasons would need to be extreme in order for any type of refund to happen.
COMMISSION UPDATES
Over the last several months, I have found myself slacking on making sure to get commission updates out to my clients quickly enough. As such I will put time tables out as to the allowed length of time I will give myself between updates.
Initial Rough: 2-7 days after commission has been approved
Updates: I will try to get updates to you at least once a week, two weeks at the longest if my commission list is very full.
Finished Commission: Depending on how quickly you reply with changes and how full my commission list is, commissions will likely take several weeks to a month to finish.
CANCELING A COMMISSION
I’ve already had this happen to me several times so it bears having this section added to my commission policy. If you do not reply to a commission update from my emails within a month from when it was sent, your commission will be canceled. What that means is that I will remove it from my active commission list. Should you yourself be the one to cancel the commission for any reason, no refund will be issued.
