Augmented Reality, and Furry Fandom.
While doing research for one of my Media Engineering paper on Augmented Virtual Reality, i came upon an intresting thought:
In the future, when AR technology gets (if it gets to the technological point) so small, that it could be worn in glasses, or implanted into the visual cortex, could it be possible that we would start to see "AR" Furries? Instead of fursuits, furries would don AR tags. Visually, to the individuals outside the furry fandom, or those that wouldnt have the assests they seem as just regular humans, (a normal person) with some strange tags. (or it even could be invisible to the human eye, in a light spectrum out of our sight, such as either UV or Infared) But within the fandom, or those with the assests; would see the virtual representation of the person, or their 'avatar'.
It wouldnt (and couldnt) replace fursuits, but just as an plausable alternate to it, and the ability for the user to simply "hide" the fact that they are furry and hide in the furry closet.
For those who dont know what Augmented Reality technology is, see. Currently it's in its development phase, and has a long way to go still.

But I am also looking forward to this o.o, for example for holographic and truly flexible displays for a more relaxed working environment o.o
lol cool video :D
You dont have to announce it to -everyone- that you are a furry. because if you do, your just giving the fandom a bad name, especially, if you behave in akward ways.
If such was the case, then my point would be valid.I hate furs that make us all look like disgusting depraved perverts
