Commissions and Trades are STILL open!!! So lately I've realized just how physically fit I am. Not very much .-. I'm so scrawny and slow and UHG
So I've decided that starting from today I'm gunna do 30 sit-ups a day along side with my 1 hour on my bike a day. I want to get my cardiovascular endurance up (Eek big word!) and get a better core strength. Basically I'm saying i want to be able to do sporty stuff for longer and have a better looking tummy :P
