Hello. I'm Flam. I'm a transmasculine person. I was assigned female at birth. But I'm not a girl, never fitted in, never identified myself within the female universe.
Unfortunately, my body shaped itself accordingly to what society perceives as female. And it bothers me. A lot.
It's not only the fact that I'm misgendered (treated with female pronouns instead of male pronouns) 24/7. It sucks, but I can deal with that. The thing is that my body also bothers me physically; I want to remove these balls of fat out of my chest since they started to grow. They annoy me whenever I try to run or ride or do any physical activity. I'm never 100% comfortable and I hate to see my own naked body. It's not me, it's not as it should be! I should be flat, dammit. These things are alien to me.
Hormones can help reduce the volume and fat distribution, but to get completely flat, one needs a chest surgery to remove the glandes. So I'm looking for a good doctor to help me with that. I met a few already, the surgery I want can be done, but I didn't expect the cost to be so high. Well, at least to my pockets.
So far I have approximately half of the total sum that one of the doctors requested. I'm seeing about other doctors, though, because people said this one is charging too much. But either way, I don't have enough treasure on my hoard yet.
I have no idea how much time it will take until I get the full amount, but any help is welcome! All commissions payment are going to the surgery funds. Every commission, from the smallest sketches to the big character sheets, are helping me achieve this goal. But if you want to donate, too, I would be more than happy to reward your kindness somehow! ❤️

Someone just linked me to this and I'm just speechless. I'm in the same situation, although in reverse, and I can really imagine how difficult it must feel to be in your situation. I really hope you can get that surgery as soon as possible :)

I was also going to suggest that you could try looking into crowdfunding websites? I've heard these can be immensely helpful.

I wish you good luck with your life goals too! It's not an easy path that we need to cross, but I believe we can do it!
And like Werelizard said there are crowdfunding methods but I'm personally not sure of their reliability, though I'll be trying Patreon soon for my youtube account.
It actually took me a long time to find a trans community here in Brazil! But now that I found it, it will be easier to find doctors and other things =)

But it's pure hypocrisy. Brazil also score some records on the demand for trans women prostitutes. The same guys who are transphobic during the day, vomiting words of hate, are the clients who look for pleasure with a trans woman during the night.
At least, there's a lot of public health care and government incentives for the trans population. Depending on the state or the city the person lives in, they have access to psychologists, doctors, hormones and even surgeries for free... If they don't mind waiting for more than 10 years to get the surgery under the public health system. *shivers*
