I'M HOME!!!!!!!!!!!
Well technically I've been home for a little while now but been so busy I haven't really had much time to do anything. The house was safe and sound with no damage. Unfortunately some of my neighbors weren't so lucky. Many people out here where I live lost everything they owned.
But after a few weeks and getting eaten alive by many ants the place is clean again and oh so very nice. Nothing beats sleeping in your own bed.
My thoughts and prayers go out to any and all the people in Houston Tx. tonight. That's a lot of water that got dumped on you guys in a very short amount of time and if you're not careful it can be deadly. So be safe and avoid any standing or flowing water if at all possible

I live in Houston and tried to go to work this morning, everything was good until I got there and my boss called and said we're gonna be closed today, so I went back home and that's when it got bad, my car got stuck in high water twice, fortunately I was able to make it home. The flood waters have receded in my area but we're expecting more rain in the next few days
