Workout Report

*I post Journals a bit rarely, but they mostly are for my current mood, so, yeah, you know, ranting or prideful talking.*
For the past four days, I have gotten up at 5 am in the morning, stretched, drank Arnold Series Iron Pump, headed to the job site, jogged, push-ups, sit-ups, and such.
I must say, I'm feeling better about myself already. ^^
This morning, 4/23/2016, I went for a long walk/power walk, while wearing my 40 pound vest, and didn't even loose wind. I think my lungs are getting stronger, while my heart rate is stronger now, able to get blood flowing throughout my body without having to strain.
Tomorrow, Sunday, I will break for one day, then hit my workout at the beginning of the week.
Oh, also, I love my new weight bench. ^^
