I'm in pain!

well I'm back...
I was supposed to be gone for the next couple days working at a summer camp to clean it up...
but around 2 yesterday i started feeling really sick so i went to lay down, and then i couldn't move For the next hours. Even breathing was painful. So i had my ride come pick me up, and i went straight to bed. And now every time i try to move I'm in excruciating pain...
anyway i'm back...
