Terms of Service
• I reserve the right to post photos of my work on my various sites so that other customers can see examples of work unless you tell me not to post
• Credit must be given to me when posting pictures of my work
• Refunds will not be given for work that is already completed or started
• Quotes are good for one month. After one month you will need to get a new quote
• Quotes do not hold your spot in my queue
• I will not share your personal information with anyone
• I will not share my personal information. I will not give out my cellphone number. If you need to contact me email makerfur[at]gmail.com
• You will not share my personal information with anyone
• I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to a customer being rude, harassing or not paying on time. If this happens and any money has been exchanged, a full refund will be given.
• I have the right to refuse a commission
Payments
• I take PayPal for payments unless otherwise noted
• When paying for commissions use the goods/services option
• Full payment is due before work will begin
• Payment plans are accepted for commission $35 and over
o I require 33% of the cost of the commission to hold a spot
• Once full payment is received you will be added to the queue
• Shipping is not included in my prices. Shipping may be included in the quote if mentioned
Shipping
• Shipping will be with USPS unless otherwise noted
• Shipping includes a tracking number at the time it is shipped
• If you are in the Worcester area I might be willing to do pickup at local meet that I would be going to.
• Shipping is paid for by the customer
Badges
• You will have 2 chances to change a sketch. After 2 you may be charged
• Once you approve the sketch for the badge:
o No changes can be made
o No refunds will be given
• Any changes you want after you have approved will be the cost a new badge
Decals/Stickers
• You will have 2 chances to change a design. After 2 you may be charged
• Once you approve the design/color/size:
o No changes can be made
o No refunds will be given
• Any changes you want after you have approved will be the cost a new decal
Warranty
• Broken items will be looked at on a case by case basis to determine if it would be covered under the one month warranty (decals and stickers not included in this)
• General wear and tear is expected for badges this is not covered
• If item is deemed to be under warranty then customer pays for shipping to me or drops off at a local meet that I am attending
• Any alterations not done by me will void the warranty and I can refuse to fix
o Ex. Putting lights on a badge that did not come with them
o Drilling holes in a badge
• I will not fix it if you intently broke it or it looks like you neglected it
