I have been consumed with the idea of actually wearing something to Anthrocon to christen my upcoming re-fursonification, and I've found the process of searching for it to be anything but easy. Most ear manufacturers don't make anything that looks big! I've only found two individuals who make ears I consider acceptable, and one is out of contact and the other isn't taking any new custom orders for a while.
